After machining, precision parts are usually processed as follows:

1. Remove oxide scale for parts, and there should be no scratches, abrasions and other defects that damage the surface of parts on the processing surface of parts, and remove burr flash.

2. The steel parts are quenched and tempered, the parts are quenched at high frequency, tempered at 350~370°C, HRC40~45, carburizing depth is 0.3mm, and the high temperature aging treatment is carried out; aluminum parts can be post-treated by sandblasting anodizing, hard oxidation, blackening, passivation, phosphating, etc.; magnesium alloy can be oxidized by micro-arc.

3. The tolerance of the uninjected shape should meet the requirements of GB1184-80, the allowable deviation of the uninjected length and size should be ±0.5mm, and the tolerance of the casting should be symmetrical to the basic size configuration of the blank casting;

4. The radius of the fillet is R5 and the chamfer is 2×45°, and the acute angle is blunt;

5. The temperature shall not exceed 100 °C, and after the gear is assembled, the contact spots and side clearances of the tooth surface shall meet the provisions of GB10095 and GB11365;

6. Sealing fillers or sealants are allowed to be used when assembling the hydraulic system, but they should be prevented from entering the system, and the parts and components (including purchased parts and outsourced parts) that enter the assembly must have the certificate of the inspection department before they can be assembled.
